1. Do NOT wash first

2. First apply a mixture of
– 1 Litre of Fresh 3% Hydrogen Peroxide

– 1/4 cup of Baking Soda

– 2 tsp of Dish Soap (Make mixture up in a bowl as it will fizz)

3. Use a sponge around the face
– Don’t get the mixture in the eyes , mouth or wounds as it can sting.

4. Rinse and wash with regular shampoo
